Outrigger Guidelines

Description
One of the major contributing factors to EWP incidents is a lack of care by the Operators in identifying/ responding and controlling hazards which can result in the machine tipping.

Poor ground conditions, the incorrect use of Emergency/recovery controls and the failure to deploy outriggers correctly places the machine outside its manufactured safety parameters, ultimately leading to incidents.
